4. Student Accounts

• Accounts may not be shared.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
• You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.

5. Course Access

Access to online courses is granted after successful payment.

Course access begins immediately unless otherwise stated.

Students are responsible for ensuring they have suitable internet access and compatible devices.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials remain the exclusive intellectual property of YSE Academy.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Training videos
• Presentations
• Training manuals
• Downloads
• Worksheets
• Assessments
• Certificates
• Images
• Documents
• Teaching methods

Students may not:

• Copy any course materials
• Record videos or lessons
• Share login details
• Upload materials online
• Distribute training materials
• Sell or reproduce any content
• Use YSE Academy materials to teach others without written permission

7. Practical Training

Students are responsible for ensuring they work within their own professional qualifications, insurance requirements and local regulations.

Completion of a YSE Academy course does not replace any licence or legal requirement applicable in the student's country.

8. Certificates

Certificates of Completion are issued only after all course requirements have been successfully completed.

YSE Academy reserves the right to withhold certification if assessment standards have not been met.

9. Sales, Refunds & Cancellations

All sales are final.

Immediate access to digital learning materials and/or the supply of professional products means that purchases are non-refundable.

Students are encouraged to read the course description, prerequisites and product information carefully before purchasing.

No refunds, cancellations, exchanges or transfers will be provided once a purchase has been completed and access to course materials has been granted, except where required under applicable law.

10. Disclaimer

Training is provided for educational purposes only.

Individual treatment outcomes may vary depending on skin condition, practitioner experience, client compliance and treatment protocol.

Students remain fully responsible for all treatments they perform within their own professional practice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YSE Academy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from participation in our courses or the use of our training materials.

12. Changes to These Terms

The most recent version will always be published on our website.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Ireland.

Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
